Beautiful hint of salmon and golden straw ….perfect Blanc de Noir colour. Lovely calm effervescence and fine bead of bubbles that lasts in the glass. A luxuriously classy nose, fresh strawberry, shortbread, rose petal, very feminine and fine. A delicious palate of delicate red berry, mandarin and a hint of rose hips, then a very fine biscuit-crumb texture a little lift of freshness and a long talcum powder texture. Outrageously delicious.
