How does the loyalty programme work?
For every $300 you spend across Pyramid Valley*, Smith & Sheth and Lowburn Ferry, you'll earn $20 in credit to use on your next purchase.*Excluding the Pyramid Valley Botanicals Collection
When do I receive my credit?
Credit is applied to your account automatically once you reach each $300 threshold, and will be visible in your account dashboard.
Does my credit expire?
Yes, credit is valid for 3 months from the date it's issued. We'll remind you by email before it expires so you don't miss out.
Is there a limit to how much credit I can earn?
No — the more you spend, the more you earn. There's no cap on total credit accumulation.
Do wine club subscriptions count toward my spend?
Yes, all wine club shipments count toward your $300 threshold, alongside any additional purchases you make.
What happens to my credit if I move between loyalty tiers?
Your credit carries with you regardless of tier. Moving up simply means additional benefits — your existing credit balance is unaffected.
How do I check my credit balance?
Your current balance is always visible in your account dashboard, alongside your purchase history and progress toward your next credit milestone.
Can I gift my credit to someone else?
Credit is non-transferable and tied to the account that earned it.
