100% hand-harvested fruit was whole-bunch pressed and barrel fermented in a blend of new and aged French oak barriques.

Pale lemon colour with hints of straw. Powerful, youthful, high-energy Chardonnay. Concentrated with nutty, toasty oak, mealy, peachy, fruit-filled brioche and a long, minerally, citrus finish. Great potential for aging.

96 Points ~ Weighty, mouth-filling chardonnay with intense oyster shell, citrus/lime, savoury/hedgerow, ginger and nutty oak flavours. Moderately complex with more to come if it's bottle aged. Beautifully sculpted wine that has the X-factor.
